Terms and Conditions


Online orders have one flat rate: $9.99 per stand. Accessories and logo wear have one flat rate: $5.99 per order. This flat-rate shipping applies to standard ground shipping in the continental U.S. only. Our Next Day Air and 2 Day Air shipping charges are based on standard rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. Final charges to be calculated upon checkout. Please contact Advanced Treestands if shipping outside of the continental United States or if you require additional shipping options.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME: UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping). The actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.


Next Day Air: Orders leaving our warehouse on a Friday from New Jersey will not arrive until Monday.

Ground shipping: Orders for items that are in stock are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Express shipping (Next Day, 2 Day): These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Note: Shipping prices are subject to change on orders shipped in multiple pieces.


If you are not satisfied with condition and/or performance of your item purchased from us, (items purchased through dealers are not included), you may return it in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund. Contact Advanced Treestands to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) and instructions.

No refund will be given on used items.

Note the Following:

Please provide us with the order number and reason for the return.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Once you receive the RA# you may return the item in unused condition in the original box along with all product item accessories within 30 days for exchange or refund. Returns received without a return authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

MARK RA# GIVEN TO YOU ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BOX. If RA# is not present, product will be rejected. Please include invoice or packing slip inside the box for return/refund or exchange contact information.


Return via insured mail, UPS or FedEX and save the receipt for your records. Return shipping must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the purchaser. We assume no liability for loss or damage of return item package.
